Currently, there is a problem that some users cannot access the JAIST Cloud Desktop (Windows).
symptoms
- When accessing JAIST Cloud Desktop (Windows), a blue screen is displayed and an error occurs.
- When accessing the home directory from a personal PC, “Incorrect user name or password” is displayed and an error occurs.
